The time it takes for you to minimise tan lines through the fabric is difficult to estimate. It all depends on your skin type, melanin production in your skin, intensity of the sun and how long you spend in the sun to allow tanning to take place.

Please make sure that you wear appropriate sun protection when wearing Satiee products. It is important to protect your skin with a suitable sun cream offering UVA & UVB protection.

Yes, absolutely, the fabric is not affected by seawater, or the chemicals present in swimming pools, as with all clothing we recommend it is rinsed thoroughly after use. However continuous or repeated exposure to chlorinated water (e.g swimming pools) may affect the fabric.

Please ensure you follow all laundering instructions on the product tags.

Please email admin@satiee.com.au in the first instance if you would like an exchange or to return items. The cost of returning items to us, is the responsibility of the customer. We understand this can be expensive so please email us before sending the items back as we may have other options for you.

We may charge postage when we send exchanged items back to you.

If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of postage from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. The returns form is printed on the back of your delivery note.
